Relationships and sex education policy
1. Aims
Our RSE curriculum helps pupils develop healthy, respectful relationships and keep themselves safe.
2. Consultation with parents
We consulted parents in summer term 2026 and shared the curriculum content in advance.
3. Right to withdraw
Parents can ask to withdraw their child from sex education delivered outside the science curriculum. They cannot withdraw from relationships education.
